New Features

IG-1862 Device license management in DCC

Release notes

With this release, DCC introduces a new License Management system that simplifies license handling for both customers and distributors. Customers gain full flexibility to move licenses between devices, terminate safely, and decide whether licenses automatically renew or expire, with all periods starting from the following month for predictable billing. Each license has a unique key and event log for transparency and traceability, and devices without valid licenses will stop sending data, ensuring compliance. Distributors has the option to pause a license, giving them control in cases such as non-payment. For distributors, the new flow replaces the cumbersome manual reporting and PO process, enabling licenses to be created, tracked, and renewed directly in DCC, reducing administrative overhead and errors while providing customers with a more seamless and transparent order process.

IG-1466 Option to apply Data-refinement changes across machines or keep Individual settings.

Release notes

A new popup lets users decide whether changes to a data refinement field should be propagated to all existing machines or only applied to future machines. The popup appears if the data refinement group is attached to devices and changes affect prefill fields or bit-translations. Data is always propagated automatically if the field type changes, if no devices are linked, or if only metadata is updated.

IG-1687 Audit Logging - Remote Access actions

Release notes

An audit log is now available for company administrators to track the following dashboard actions: successful Remote Access connections and two-way widget set-value changes published to MQTT. Logs show the acting user, company, role, and dashboard, with sorting and filtering by User and Company. Historic details may be missing if a user or dashboard has been deleted; future updates will add dashboard links and categorized action types.

IG-2073 Hide classic dashboard menu from new users/companies AND display disclaimer of future deprecation of classic dashboard

Release notes

Classic dashboards will be hidden by default for new companies; existing companies without them are also hidden. Checkbox controls visibility. Classic dashboards still work (incl. inheritance/links). Deprecation notice added across relevant screens.

IG-2075 Audit Logging - Admin User account actions

Release notes

The new audit log has been extended to capture user management actions in addition to dashboard activities. Company administrators can now also see when users are created or edited, including details such as assigned roles and changes to role, password, access rights, or email. As with Remote Acceess logs, entries can be sorted and filtered by User and Company. Session expiration events remain excluded to avoid log flooding.

Release notes

Mobile charts in Next-gen Dashboards now have zoom disabled by default for a smoother experience. Zooming can be toggled anytime using the chart’s zoom button.

IG-2086 Next-gen Dashboard: List/event/table widget hide periods where a given value is equal to zero

Release notes

Added an option to hide rows with zero, false or undefined values in lists/events/tables, helping users focus on active alarms or signals. Removed the default boolean filter in the event widget users must now enable this manually.

Bug Fixes

IG-2054 Data Refinement Group with unfilled fields marked Required can still be saved to device

Release notes

A Data Refinement Group with a prefilled field left unchecked but marked as Required would previously still allow saving the group to a device, even though the field was missing (red * indicated it was required). Now, a toastr notification will alert the user which specific required field must be filled before saving.

IG-2082 Improved CSV Handling and Error Display for Data Refinement Groups

Release notes

Fixed an issue where CSV import errors for a Data Refinement Group were not displayed to the user. Corrected a casting issue so that numerical-only values in the “Condition” column now correctly use the default operator "=". Added improved descriptions detailing the constraints for importing and exporting csv-files to a Data Refinement Group.
